On behalf of the Bradner Elementary School and Bradner Parent Advisory Council, the May Day Committee seek your generous participation and support.

We are excited to host the 105th Annual May Day Celebrations on Saturday, May 24, 2025. Our school
and community host many people throughout the Fraser Valley at this time each year to celebrate the
tradition with us. The day offers breakfast, a parade, May Pole dancers, & the May Day carnival. It’s a
day of lasting memories between friends, families, business owners, and municipal leaders alike.

For over a century, May Day has been enjoyed by thousands who have attended, while fundraising for
the children. It would be an honour to partner with you in facilitating a setting that will continue
nurturing this.

This year, we are concentrating our focus on replacing the playground that was removed several years ago, believing our efforts will go even farther with your partnership. 



Any products, services, gift certificates, hotel stays, dining, spa treatments, getaways or
unforgettable experiences are immensely appreciated. We value every donation we receive from our
supporters and can only grow our success with your sponsorship and participation at the May Day
celebration. As a show of our gratitude, all monetary sponsors will receive social media recognition, with many opportunities for greater exposure. Tax deductible receipts are available upon request.

In addition to the recognition previously mentioned, our Community Sponsors may also receive dedicated Instagram & Facebook posts, event signage, featured sponsor on website, logo on event poster, complimentary booth space, stage recognition on event day, and customized recognition opportunities. We have several marketing opportunities that can be discussed.
